Yogis participated in 3 hours of deep relaxation workshop in nature where you can hear only birds, water, wind. They practiced deep breathing, hatha yoga ,one & a half hour of meditation. It was a perfect time to escape from the day to day routine and being a witness of on's thought, feelings and emotions. with all the philosophies,scriptures, ideologies one can not know oneself. one watches with the preoccupied things.
They studied the ancient yogic techniques to reduce stress, improve blood circulation.
Going within yourself needs a small push, but it is beyond physical.
