A Master can not give you the truth. He is just like a catalyst which helps in the process. He helps you to reach you to your own experience. He is not interested to change you. To change someone is very different from helping someone. If you help someone you are helping him to be himself/herself, changing means that you do not like the person's uniqueness.
Master does not give you any scriptures, he simply throws you to yourself. He makes you aware of your own juice, your own inner sources. He frees you from words. We are sometimes get stuck from philosophies, ideologies that we forget that LOVE is not a word, it is a feeling.
So role of a Master is not to give you truth, nirvana, enlighten. But to shake you up to make you realize of the Master sleeping inside.
